Well, we've gone and done it again, slipped into a New Year! Wow........2009! Wher'd all the rest of 2000 go? Time seems to be moving in leaps and bounds these days.....so it was nice to spend the end of the year in a more Yogic fashion........keep it simple, slow down, relax, breath and let it all go......and as for the reflective tradition, I have that covered too. Now I need only work on setting those goals........their, there. I haven't made New Years resolutions since I don't know when, but that does not mean that I don't resolve to continue learning, growing, healing and changing and all the while learning how to accept that change.......this year Yoga helped teach me many things.....and as usual, I learned most......the hard way....this year was no exception....(it`s an old habit), One thing I did learn is that I have been a giver and a taker, a shower and an observer......as I partook in all aspects of my passion and business this year.....I taught and learned, pushed forward and pulled back, struggled and surrendered, gained and lost, laughed and cried along with everyone........I have been lifted and humbled.....and I have definitely grown and that has been what it is all about....learning, growing, uplifting, challenging, believing, giving, surrendering through life.
So here's to New Beginnings, Big and Small......sometimes the smallest steps we take or even when we think we are moving backwards, we just might find we have taken the largest leap forward. Namaste
